Larvikite is a rock comprised of various minerals from the feldspar family. Albite, anorthite, anorthoclase, perthite, plagioclase, and nepheline syenite are all present. The composition of these minerals together creates interesting flashes of light and colour throughout the rock. It is primarily found in Norway and Canada.
