Do you ship internationally?

Due to the current coronavirus situation and its effect on the global postal services, we are only offering shipping within Australia. We will look at introducing international options in the future when we can be more confident of reliable delivery for our customers.

Do you offer express post?

Currently, Australia Post and many courier companies are experiencing issues and delays with parcel deliveries. Express post is often taking just as long, if not longer, than standard parcel post. As our standard post comes with tracking, we have removed the express post option for now. It is costing our clients more money and not reaching the destination any faster. When the postal services regain some regularity, we will re-introduce the express post shipping option.

Can you post to PO boxes or parcel lockers?

Yes, we can ship to residential addresses, business addresses, PO Boxes, and parcel lockers through Australia Post.

Do you have a storefront I can visit?

We are an online-only business at this stage, but we are considering a retail shop in the future. We do offer free click and collect through the retail showroom of our partners at Heath Lyons Jewellers. The showroom is located at 60 High Street, Eaglehawk, Victoria, 3556.

What is the process for click & collect?

Click and collect orders are available to be collected from the front counter at Heath Lyons Jewellers, 60 High Street, Eaglehawk, Victoria, 3556. The hours for click and collect pick-ups are Tuesday to Friday between 9:30 am and 5:00 pm and Saturday between 9:30 am and 12:30 pm. Pick-ups outside of these hours or on public holidays are not available. 

You will need to bring your confirmation email ( either printed or shown on your phone) and photo ID to collect your order. If you would like someone else to collect on your behalf, they will still need to show the confirmation email and ID, and you will need to let us know via email who will be collecting. Please email hello@crystalcommon.com.au with your order number and the details of who will be collecting.

Please DO NOT call the business, Heath Lyons Jewellers, with queries about your order. They are a separate business to Crystal Common and will not have immediate access to any information about Crystal Common transactions.
