How to use our bath & body products
Bath Salts: Bath salts come in loose or bagged form. Throw your preferred amount into the bath under warm running water and allow it to dissolve. For loose salts, at least 1 cup is recommended. For salt bags, 1 or more bags can be used. The crystal included in the pouch can be added to your collection and also used for meditation as a part of your bathing ritual.
Only natural ingredients, salt, botanicals, and essential oils are used in the making of our salt soaks. We recommend patch testing if you are concerned about sensitivities.
Note: The black Hawaiian lava salt will slightly colour the water in the bath. Test in an inconspicuous area if you are concerned about staining. Loose botanicals and essential oil residue can become slightly slippery so take care when exiting the bath.
Room & Linen Spray: Our crystal-infused sprays are designed to be lightly sprayed onto your linens or into the air of the room to fragrance your space. We use cosmetic grade ethanol, glycerine, and demineralised water in our spray base. The ethanol is fast drying and keeps the spray from becoming contaminated with harmful bacteria. It is the same ingredient that is used in the manufacture of high-end perfume. We do not recommend spraying the linen spray directly onto the skin. Patch test in an inconspicuous area if you are concerned about staining on linens.
How to use: Hold the spray at least 30cm away from the linen you are spraying. If using as a room fragrance, spray into the centre of the room and never spray in the direction of the face or eyes. DO NOT spray near an open flame or ignition source.
Suggestion: Try spraying the sleep & soothe spray onto your pillow before bed to promote a restful night's sleep.
Essential Oil Magnesium Rollers: Our essential oil rollers contain magnesium oil from the Zechstein sea, the purest known source of magnesium chloride. The Zechstein sea is an ancient underground source that is free from modern contaminants and pollutants. The roller bottles contain crystal chips to infuse the solution and feature a crystal roller ball.
Magnesium is an essential mineral for your overall health and wellbeing. Magnesium is an important part of a balanced diet however, many of us have lower levels than necessary. Absorbing the mineral transdermally (through the skin) is a great way to directly benefit from its soothing properties.
How to use: Roll the contents of the bottle onto your pulse points and allow the wonderful properties of the magnesium oil and essential oils to absorb into your skin. We recommend patch testing if you are concerned about skin sensitivities.
All of our products are made by hand, onsite, by us. Our products are all extensively tested for optimal safety and efficacy.
All in all, we recommend making your bathing and self-care rituals your own. Have a salt soak with candles and crystal meditation, or catch up on the latest Netflix series you've been meaning to watch. Drink herbal tea or drink wine. However you do it, you do you!
